Transitioning from the role of a classroom teacher to that of a charter school leader isn't merely a change—it's a profound leap requiring a complete shift in perspective. As a leader, the scope broadens to organizational culture, stakeholder relations, and effective strategic communication. This shift demands a strategic mindset and new daily routines.

In our session, we'll delve into the essential skills, routines, and techniques necessary to navigate through the "leader leap" effectively. We will start with purpose and belief as we explore how to evolve through the four stages of leader development, adapting our perspective, skills, behaviors, and routines accordingly. From streamlining processes to fostering collaboration and trust, we will highlight opportunities to enhance the overall success of our school's operations.

Ultimately, the goal is to emerge from this session with actionable insights, new nuggets of learning and opportunities for continued self-reflection. We will grow together as we connect with other leaders and gain a shared understanding of our leader influence.  Come join the conversation as we intentionally develop as leaders and learn to navigate the leader leap.
