Embarking on the adventure of launching your own school is exhilarating and can be daunting. This session aims to help provide some clarity in what's expected. In this presentation, we'll offer a roadmap to guide your school opening from 12 months before opening. From brainstorming the initial concept to the opening day - and a little beyond, we'll break down the journey into manageable monthly milestones, sprinkled with stories and insights from educators who've been there. This session is intended for people and teams who are in their (re)design phase. There will be PLENTY of resources shared during this session.
