Paula retired June 1, 2022, after 20+ years in secondary education, her last stint as teacher/advisor of Class ACT Charter School since 2009. She has a BS in English, a Master of Arts in Education, and an MFA in writing. She enjoys combining reading and writing with "all things outdoors," especially mountain biking, upland bird hunting, fishing, hiking, snowshoeing, and camping. Paula owns Superior Education Solutions & Consulting where she continues to pursue her passions for PBL, student agency, and teacher-powered schools by coaching innovative school designers and educators who are designing the schools kids want to attend and adults wish they had.
